Material handling modules and robotics automation often are the key to turning today's unique ideas into tomorrow's unique machines. Not only has automation become an art in itself,  but the parameters have been more strictly drawn than ever. The cleanliness and the standardization demands of 300 mm technology and other rules and guidelines, make the design of the front-end more challenging than it was only a few years ago.

To date at IDE, we have successfully completed innumerable front-end automation projects by building complete material handling systems that included robotics for the reticle and wafer management. There are still many new challenges to be met. Yet, IDE is ready with its characteristic innovative thinking and problem solving.
